Union Sportive des Arlequins Perpignanais, better known as USAP Perpignan, is a rugby team based in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in the south of France. The bright yellow and red colors in their logo and ball designs are derived from their location in Northern Catalonia, where red and yellow are the colors of the Catalan flag.
The club has enjoyed much success over the years, with 7 championship titles since the early 20th century. In 2008, the club signed one of the best players in the world, Dan Carter, and later won the 2008-2009 title.
